SQL Injection / XSS Removal and Repair Services

A full audit of of your data, with a fix applied to data that has been injected by hackers. Plus permanent cover for ongoing data fixes if your database gets hacked through the same exploit again. The service also includes 2 hours expert consultancy time to look into how the hack attack happened and to implement a fix.
If any suspicious data is found, we will then liaise with you on MSN (Windows Messenger) or by email (your choice), giving you a report of the suspicious data found and confirming whether or not you're happy for us to make the corresponding cleanup and removal. We will then correct all the effected data for you.
We will also (in addition to the data cleaning/XSS data removal) spend 2 hours analyzing the code/data/logfiles to find out as much as we can about how the injection happened, what can be done to secure the code, and fixing the code. If additional time is needed we will liaise with you and provide a cost estimate for the additional time.

The service includes the installation and a FREE license of our SQLinjectionscanner and Site Suspender.

We appreciate that if you have been hacked it is an urgent problem and we will endeavour to start as quickly as we can and will try to complete the work within 24 hours maximum.

There are 2 versions of this service package available. You can either buy this as a one off service or we will provide a permanent cover just in case you are hacked again through a different exploit (see conditions below).

Service conditions

The check and fix service includes 2 hours of consultancy during which we will endeavor to identify how the hack was done and to implement a fix. Our objective is to get you back online as quickly as possible and to ensure that your site isn’t vulnerable and we will try as hard as we possibly can to achieve this. However, websites can be complex and the problems may require more time to fix than is covered by the 2 hours included in the service.
The permanent check / data fix service covers new hacks only and does not cover reoccurrence of the same hack if you have chosen not to use our services to implement code fixes.
